Lots of progress this week!

We've decided on a name for the game: "Commando"!

Also we've introduced Shotguns and Knives for each faction.

We've named each of the classes now and along with that, we've also made a bunch of abilities for the individual classes to use. Almost too much to show, but a demonstration video will come soon!

The classes and their abilities are:

Heavy

  • ShieldProtect your allies with a shield that blocks projectiles.
  • HustleIncrease you and your nearby allies run speed.
  • BazookaLaunch an explosive projectile that deals massive damage.
  • OverdriveIncrease your accuracy and rate of fire. Focus your fire.
  • SwallowDestroy nearby explosives, healing a bit for each one.

Fighter

  • HealInstantly heal yourself and nearby allies for a good chunk.
  • RepelPush away enemies and explosives.
  • IncendiariesSet your enemies on fire with your bullets.
  • ClusterThrow a bouquet of grenades.
  • RevealExpose any hidden enemies nearby.

Marksman

  • HideBecome invisible.
  • BoostIncrease your own speed.
  • PaintReveal an enemy and mark them for all to see.
  • PierceIncrease your damage.
  • LeachCoat your blade with poison that steals your enemy's health.
